1959 MORRIS Minor Pickup 2 door coupe.This is a custom built Hot Rod Morris Minor with extended cab and rear turbo engine that drives the rear axle! The engine I was told was out of a Dodge Omni GLH Turbo 2.2 liter, car has a manual 4 Speed transmission. Body work:The passenger cab has been extended back about a foot behind the doors and the rear wheel wells have been widened to fit the wide rear tires. The engine bay is custom manufactured to accommodate the turbo power plant in the rear. The bedside has nice thick rubber lining. Inside the cab there are 2 bucket seats.Front (ex engine compartment) now accommodates a heavy duty radiator with twin electric fans and holds a full size battery. Suspension and frame:Front suspension comes out of a Buick has disk brakes and manual steering (4 log)Rear suspension is connected to drivetrain with 5 log wheel mountsFrame has been reinforced and manufactured to fit all suspension parts.Emergency brake is located between bucket seats.
