We have been actively sewing for 3 Green Sisters for 14 years. We make knitting bags, bags and purses, and table linens, using fabric which have had a prior life or destined for landfill. Generous individuals, upholstery shops and drapery shops save their unwanted scraps of fabrics and end of bolts for us, instead of tossing them away. We have a great contact online who sells ends of bolts of designer and decorators fabric. Sometime the fabrics are off gage, stained or stretched. We cut around the flaws.
